Insanity Journal: Day 11

It was really hard to wake up today to work out. I think yesterday mixed with Disneyland the previous day really tired out my body. But I made myself work out. This Power and Resistance workout is really tough. Just a lot of jumping. I might nap.

I think I have crushes on all the girls in the Insanity videos, by the way.

Insanity Journal: Day 10

Today’s workout killed me. I really wanted to throw up after. I don’t know if I worked out harder than usual or if it was the El Pollo Loco I had a few hours earlier. Horrible.
